Xylina Green is the passionate owner and lead chef of Island Personal Chefs LLC. With a degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta's Culinary Arts School (2014), Xylina honed her skills in various Atlanta kitchens before returning to Amelia Island to launch her own culinary business in 2018. Her rich experiences and dedication to excellence have earned her recognition as a skilled chef and entrepreneur.
Xylina's service as a Master at Arms in the Navy Reserves for 11 years, where she developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills, has greatly influenced her approach to running Island Personal Chefs. She was acknowledged by the local Chaine des Rotisseurs for her outstanding work in preparing multi-course dinners, culminating in her formal induction as a professional chef on December 9, 2021. With each dish, Xylina embodies her love for food, family, and community.
